Our story

We started building with a simple belief: the interface is broken, and we know how to fix it.

For over a decade, our team has been obsessed with a single problem: the bottleneck between humans and machines. We've spent years working on machine perception, real-time information generation, and user experience design. We've built multimodal systems before. We understand, deeply, the complexity of making machines "understand" humans efficiently and in real-time.

When we looked at healthcare, we saw an industry drowning in administrative overhead. Organizations struggling with labor shortages. Patients whose experience had been sacrificed at the altar of efficiency. We also saw ourselves. We share a deep personal passion and connection to this space.

So we got to work.

We started with the fundamentals: infrastructure, integrations, retrieval systems. We focused on getting the foundation right. Today, we're piloting voice reasoning agents with healthcare partners, showing superior results on real-world patient intake workflows compared to incumbent solutions.

But this is just the beginning. Healthcare is our proving ground, a high-stakes environment where complexity is the norm and failure isn't an option. What we learn here will extend to every industry where humans and machines need to communicate.

We're not just building a product. We're redefining what an intelligent interface can be.

Our vision

Our vision

Our vision

The way humans interact with technology has reached its limits.

For decades, we've been forced to learn the language of machines: navigating menus, pressing buttons, typing keywords, deciphering error codes. We've adapted to technology, but it's never truly adapted to us.

We envision a different future. One where AI can do everything we do on our devices, with the autonomy to help us interactively and work quietly in the background. Where machines see, listen, read, and understand us in real-time. Where technology finally speaks our language.

This is the shift from static inputs to true multimodal intelligence.

Our mission

The human-machine interface is the single biggest bottleneck to technology adoption today. We're here to break it.

We build autonomous voice agents with deep expertise in healthcare administrative work. Agents that don't just transcribe words, but truly understand context, intent, and nuance. We're converting friction-heavy workflows into seamless, human-like interactions.

Unlike chatbots that follow scripts, our agents think, act, and communicate like skilled human operators. They handle communications, orchestrate information flow, and operate under the real-time constraints of complex environments.

We're not building another tool. We're building a new kind of teammate.

Our principles

01
Human-First Design

Machines must adapt to human communication styles, not the other way around. We design for the way people actually speak, pause, interrupt, and express themselves. Technology should feel effortless, not like a skill you need to learn.

02
True Understanding

Voice is more than transcription. It's distinguishing a phone call in a quiet airport from one in a crowded temple. It's reading tone, recognizing hesitation, understanding context. We build systems that reason about audio, not just convert it to text.

03
Real-World Performance

Lab demos don't matter if the technology fails in the field. Our agents operate under real-time constraints, in noisy environments, with imperfect information. We optimize for conversational speed, not benchmarks.

04
Continuous Learning

Every interaction makes us better. We integrate real-world data, train agents on specific workflows, and watch them adapt and improve. This isn't a static product. It's a living system that grows smarter over time.

The team

Over a decade of Interface innovation

We believe organizations deserve AI that is private, personal, and fully theirs.

We are builders, researchers, and designers who have dedicated our careers to solving the hardest problems in human-machine interaction.

Our expertise spans machine perception (teaching systems to see, listen, and read), real-time information generation, and user experience design. We've built multimodal systems before, and we've learned what it truly takes to make technology understand humans efficiently, in real-time, under pressure.

Our pilots are live, our results are proven, and our roadmap is clear. Now we're scaling.
